If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via email at theteam@petspawsandideas.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label, along with a description of the issue. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will work swiftly to resolve the matter, offering replacements or refunds as needed.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The item must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition, free from any defects, any signs of use, marks or alterations or alterations that impact its retail value. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of use or damage or do not meet the above criteria.

Shipping charges are not subject for refund. If a refund is selected, a $10CAD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
