Shipping policy

Free Shipping - Free Standard Shipping (3–9 business days) is available only on orders over $45 or when a valid discount code is applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Fulfillment – Orders will be processed and completed within 1 business day after order placement excluding holidays and weekends. Tracking info will be sent via email once order is fulfilled and shipped. Please contact us after 4 business days if you have not received any updates on your order.

Shipping Times & Coverage - We ship to all Canadian provinces from our Ontario, Canada location. We do not ship to the US and internationally for now; updates to US and international shipping will be available once we commence. Shipping times vary from 2-10 business days depending on the selected carrier, shipping option and your location. Estimated times will be provided at checkout however this is dependent on the carrier.

Order Status – A notification email will be sent when the order is placed, processed and shipped. Tracking info will be provided by email. Please contact us 12 business after you receive the tracking info if you have not received your package.

Order Changes and Cancellations – Order processing commences within 1 business day after it has been placed and as such, we cannot guarantee an order can be edited or cancelled after this time. Orders that are cancelled after processing will attract a 3% restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit. Shipping cost to return the order to the warehouse will be deducted from the refund amount. Should you need to cancel or edit an order please notify us immediately at theteam@petspawsandideas.com and we will see how we can assist with your request.

Change in delivery addresses - We cannot guarantee an update or change in the delivery address once an order has shipped. Send an email to theteam@petspawsandideas.com and we will try and work with the carrier company to change the address on your behalf. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with these changes.
